Terms of Use

Zappr is a third-party logistics (3PL) company that provides storage and last-mile delivery services for D2C brands. The Website tells you about who we are and what we do. It is purely informational: you cannot place orders or make payments on it.

If your brand works with us, our services are governed by the service agreement we sign with you, not by these terms. If anything on the Website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

We work hard to keep the Website accurate and up to date. However, details such as pricing, delivery times, serviceable areas and features may change without notice. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer or guarantee until we confirm it in writing. Any numbers, case studies or results we share are examples, and your results may differ.

We'd love for you to spread the word. You're welcome to:

• Link to any page on the Website
• Share our pages and content on social media
• Quote short parts of our content, with credit to Zappr and a link back to us

Search engines and similar tools are welcome to find and index the Website.

We only ask that you don't:

• Suggest that you are Zappr, or that we partner with or endorse you, without our written permission
• Display the Website inside a frame on another website
• Copy whole pages, or our design, for use on your own website
• Use our name or logo for anything other than referring to us

The text, design, logo, images and videos on the Website belong to Zappr or are used with permission. Logos of the brands we work with belong to those brands.

Please don't:

• Try to hack, overload or disrupt the Website
• Use bots or automated tools to bulk-copy the Website or to spam our forms
• Submit false information or pretend to be someone else
• Upload viruses or harmful code
• Use the Website for anything illegal

When you fill out a form or message us, please make sure the information is accurate. We handle your personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential business information through our forms. If you need to share something sensitive, let us know and we can sign an NDA first.

The Website may link to other websites and apps, such as WhatsApp and social media. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

The Website is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using or relying on the Website, or from it being unavailable. This does not limit anything in a signed agreement between you and Zappr, or any responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the Website after that, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
