Pricing FAQs
No. A cash-on-delivery order costs the same* ₹99 as a prepaid one. From October 1, 2026, 0.4% MDR will be charged on order value > Rs. 2,000. Zappr still does not charge any COD fees extra on its own account. COD cash is sent to your bank account every week.
Nothing extra. If a customer refuses or returns an order, there is no RTO charge. The product goes back to your stock at the dark store.
Length × width × height in cm, divided by 5000, gives the volumetric weight in kg. We measure each product once when you onboard, so your price per SKU is fixed. For orders with several items, their weights are added up. Actual / dead weight is never used.
No. Storage is included in the ₹99, with no limit on how many units you keep with us.
